At our school, learning extends well beyond the four walls of the classroom. We believe in nurturing the whole child through rich, diverse experiences that build confidence, creativity, teamwork and leadership.
Extracurricular experiences
- Year 5/6 Camp Program – promoting independence, resilience and outdoor learning
- Bike Education Days for Years 3/4 – developing safety and road awareness
- Excursions and incursions linked to current inquiry topics
- A whole-school swimming and water safety program – offered across all year levels to build water safety and confidence
Student Leadership
Student Leadership is a valued part of our school culture with opportunities such as:
- Year 5 students become buddies to our new Preps, supporting a smooth and connected transition to school.
- Year 6 students can apply for a range of formal leadership roles, representing their peers and leading school events.
- Selected senior students are trained as Peacemakers, helping younger students resolve minor playground issues in positive, supportive ways.
- Students in Years 3–5 can apply to join our Student Representative Council (SRC), where they lead fundraising and community awareness projects and share student voice across the school.
- Our Waste Warriors Club gives students the chance to take action for the environment by promoting sustainability practices like recycling, composting and waste reduction across the school.
We are proud to offer a broad and balanced program that supports students to develop the skills they need to thrive—both now and into the future.
